用cqweb7.0 添加中文的comments后，再次添加就出错了？并且发出的邮件显示不了中文？

我现在是cqweb2002 和cqweb7.0并存。两个web部署在不同的机器上。
用2002的客户端可以提交comments，中文和英文都没有问题。
