用register 恢复注册信息报错，具体如下：
cleartool>register -view \\Liy\view\liy_view
cleartool: Error: Unable to determine host/host-path for "\\Liy\view\liy_view": Invalid argument.
或如果用如下命令为：
cleartool>register -view -host Liy -hpath D:\views\Liy_view –gpath \\Liy\view\liy_view \\Liy\view\liy_view

是否是用ccadmin 来执行register的

先检查 你的机器是否可以ping 到Liy, 再检查 Liy上的服务albd_server 有没有正常运行。
