没有注意有此情况，我想应该是错误日志吧？

我们的库最近也有此问题，不影响使用。
帮LZ找到一个连接，我比较赞同下面的观点：就是客户端连接丢失，可能是某原因比如网络掉线，杀掉进程或者非法关机等不正常退出。

Correct.  The failures.log file comes from clients getting disconnected, not from Analyze.  If Analyze determines that the disconnections didn't cause any corruption, then you should delete the log so that clients don't get the annoying warning every time they startup.
