請各位幫幫忙，我的CQ添加用戶后登陸不了。
環境：win2000,sqlserver
以前可以的，因爲電腦遭受病毒的攻擊導致癱瘓后，重新安裝了系統，然後恢復了數據庫。
現在添加用戶（修改用戶）以後無法生效，登陸不了，提示用戶或者密碼錯誤，我已經升級了用戶管理了。
請各位幫我想想能怎麽搞定。謝謝各位了。

經過我弄過以後發現就3個database無法更新。

你确定已经update user database properties?

管理员admin帐户可以正常登陆客户端吗？所有得用户都无法登陆吗？
把报错得图片给贴出来。

Problem

This technote explains how to resolve a situation in IBM® Rational® ClearQuest®, where if a Test Database is set in the ClearQuest Designer, it might not be possible to upgrade that database for User Administration changes.

Cause

The full text of the error is as follows: User information is inconsistent between the database SAMPL and its master database. The database SAMPL contains a user information entry (user or group) which is not present in the master database. dbid expected in master db = 16777219 dbid in user db = 33554433 version in user db = 1

Solution

This issue has been identified as a product defect and has been logged under APAR IC47742. This APAR as been fixed in the ClearQuest IFIX02 for version 7.0.0.0 and in the 2003.06.16 release. As a workaround for this issue, follow these steps: Open the ClearQuest Designer. Do NOT open a schema. Insure that no other ClearQuest Client or ClearQuest Designer windows are open. Select User Administration from the top Tools menu. Make any user changes. Next press the DB Action button, then select Upgrade. Select all databases that need the User Administration changes applied. Make sure that the database indicated in the error message is selected. You should receive a message The upgrade was successful. Close ClearQuest Designer. Open a new ClearQuest Designer; check out your schema. Perform a test work, and you should get no errors.

报错是数据库中的用户不相配
是不是你恢复数据库时，dbid发生了变化？
如果这样，是无法更新的，因为它找不到原dbid
