在CQ中移除一个活动报错如下：
Execution of a hook failed during the action Delete.  It was the ACTION_COMMIT hook attached to the Defect "M00000031".  The reason for the failure was:
Not a vob object: "69098e69.e70744c2.b144.fe:70:7a:c7:67:85".

Could not perform requested operation: a UCM/ClearQuest data
inconsistency may exist:

ClearQuest "Defect" record "M00000031" is linked to a UCM object
that can not be found.
