为什么发送邮件总有错误？


我按照手册上的说明配置了邮件通知功能，每个人在客户端也进行了配置，邮件地址也都填写没问题，但是每当我提交一个缺陷的时候（我的邮件规则是提交缺陷的时候发送），都不能收到（在邮件规则中已经指定了收件人）邮件信息？
同时我指定了如果失败的话，讲信息发送给管理员，而管理员能收到信息，收到的信息内容如下：

我弄不懂是什么原因，请各位大侠出手相助？

其实这个没有什么，
你先把创建邮件规则的图片抓出来，发布上来，
这样就容易找到问题的根源了：）

从你发的图片来看，似乎没有什么问题，
有个地方你去检查一下，
就是在客户端的View－>Email Options，
看看“Enable Email Notification” 有没有处于选中的状态，

楼主试试把Action Control中的action设为单一，然后指定Action Type，Source State，Destination State。应该就没有问题了！
