Job Title: Senior Release Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Design, Development, and Maintenance of software build processes.
• Provide automation and improvements for build processes.
• Hands on experience, including build and deployment of Sun Solaris, Windows and Linux systems and servers.
• Identify opportunities and develop productivity support tools and strategies to align with the ISO Release Team’s core requirements.
• Work closely with Software Developers to define software build processes and installation requirements.
• Work closely with internal QA to resolve build and installer issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, both English and Chinese.
Qualified candidates need to have many of the following qualifications:
• 2+ years work SCM experience.
• Familiar with SCM tools, such as Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest.
• Ability to use tools such as MS Word, MS Visio, and MS project for reporting and writing technical documents.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent).
