Fixes an issue where clearfsimport -mklabel fails to run for the except user
of lock lbtype.
IC50853:
Fixes an issue where UCM activities with same name but different id's display
with the same id.

Fixes an issue where the command rmname does not work for directories that are
specified in load rules.
PK27886:
Addresses the issue of the command multitool syncreplica -import -rec
resulting in a core dump when importing a packet to a project vob.
PK28077:
"Nonmastered" checkout now displays consistently between the Find Checkouts
GUI and "cleartool describe."
PK39991:
Provides the flag -short to use with the -audit tag in the file license.db.
The use of the flag -short with the flag -audit will prevent the user's name
from being resolved and improve performance on the license server.
PK42599:
Fixes an issue where the merge manager command gives an error when trying to
save the merge file: 'Cannot save file
because there are unresolved search paths.'

Addresses an issue where the XML diff-merge application gets an error when
trying to see differences between two versions of a certain file element.

This patch fixes two problems with mounting vobs in a Zoned environment. The
first fix involves a problem where the wrong mount entry could be returned in
certain cases. The second fix addresses the problem that causes an exported
VOB to be mounted only once on an entire machine that contained Zones.

Resolves the issue where the message: "clearmake: Error: Unable to place
marker in MVFS audit - Invalid argument" displays when running the child
clearmake -F command when the parent clearmake command has the -F option
included.

RATLC00751359:
Allows the msadm_server to use a single port when a specific port value is
defined in the file albd_rt_params.conf located in the same directory as the
file albd_conf.
RATLC01029171:
Allows the licensing time-out value to be a minimum of 1800 seconds (30
minutes) and can be greater than the default value of 7200 seconds (120
minutes).
RATLC01053922:
Prevents the creation of an activity at the start of a rebase for a stream
that is read-only.
RATLC01055467:
The output format of the commend 'cleartool schedule -get' has changed. Now,
you can take the output directly from this command and use it with the command
'cleartool schedule -set'. If you have output from a prior release that was
retrieved using cleartool sched -get <sched_file_name> and
you want to use it with 'cleartool schedule -set', execute the following
script:
ratlperl %ccase-home%/etc/utils/sched_conv.pl <sched_file_name>
This script will generate the file <sched_file_name>.new in the proper format
to use as input to cleartool sched -set.
