一开发人员，在rebase时，有的文件出现了三个问号，没有及时处理，他就手动cancel这个rebase过程，然后手动update(静态视图)。

当他UPDATE完成时，再CHECKOUT文件时，出现以下错误：

Error message is as follow:
View "XX_Release5.3" is set activeity to activity
"rebase.XX_Release5.3.2008513.10.5952"which is currently involved in an active deliver or rebase option.The set activity of this view may not be changed until the operation has completed.
