刚才刚遇到一个同事出类似问题，无法建立视图，我用CCdoctor诊断说他电脑DHCP是enable的，具体信息如下：
Problem:
DHCP Client Services are enabled. If the DHCP server is configured to allow
this computer to receive different IP addresses or host names when different
users log on, ClearCase may have difficulty interacting with the host system.
(Right-click to resolve this problem.)
Solution:
You can either:
1)Configure DHCP to always use the same IP address and host name for each
computer running ClearCase.
2)Or use the Network Control Panel program to disable DHCP client services.
Detailed Documentation:
DHCP is a Windows facility that allows central management of a site's IP
addresses. ClearCase caches IP addresses for an extended period of time.
DHCP supports a variety of configurations, some of which change the IP address
of a computer upon restart. This can present problems for ClearCase.
Fortunately, most common DHCP usage scenarios pose no problems for ClearCase.
For example, if the DHCP "lease time" is set to at least a few days, and no
computers running ClearCase are down for more than half the lease time, then the
IP addresses will not change from restart to restart, and ClearCase will run
without problems in your DHCP environment.
In addition to setting relatively long DHCP lease times, you should set up your
DHCP database to assign fixed IP addresses to your shared ClearCase registry,
license, VOB, and common view servers.
