RP问题求解决方案

I met a problem. That is when I click to generate the document, an error will be thrown. Than I found the solution in IBM website,by it also cannot solve my problem,Can you help to resolve it?

   solution I used：

  still cannot open:
  I use the solution above,delete all the directory and retry the opening of the document through Reqweb,it's fail again.I cannot open the document and it only keep opening state

将服务器的RPWEB服务设置为管理员权限，帮助手册上有，去看一下。
