wincvs dll load deadlock问题

安装完wincvs，开始使用时，出现在“wincvs dll load deadlock”错误提示，不知道有没有谁遇到过类似的问题，能否帮我解答，具体信息如下：
DLL library loading deadlock detected!
File:tcl84.dll
Dll fileed to load proprely(stalled) during previous attempt. please review your settings in the preferences and your PATH environmental variable in the system settings to assure this is the correct file and there are no incompatible duplicates that might be accessed instead.

Are you sure you want to attempt loading the file?

卸载后重装还是会有之个错误提示，是不是还需要安装其他的软件包？
急~~没有人知道怎么解决吗？

LZ有没有按提示中的去做：
delete the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WinCvs\wincvs\LastLoadLibrary.
如果没做，可以先将这个删除。
