把下面那个文件删除掉。

然后重新运行ccrc.

还是不行啊，只有以下文件夹层次：

C:\programfiles\ibm\rational\clearcase\ccrc701\configuration\

搜索一下platform.xml，找到后删掉，再启动CCRC看看。

问题已解决，是把CC全部正常卸载后，还要删除原来安装位置的剩余文件夹及原来视图的文件夹。

CCRC的client 其实就是eclipse和几个ccrc插件。
重装都方便。
